Assessments are often used in recruitment and selection processes, as independent firms are to take a more objective view of a person's skills. The Development Center looks at recruitment and selection from a different point of view, by focusing on proven qualities and involving future managers, members of staff, colleagues and clients. In other words, we apply specific organisational knowledge. Our aim is to instigate a conversation about where the applicant’s abilities really lie, what motivates them and how they fit into the organisation. Such a conversation challenges applicants to develop their strong points.
