Experimenting and developing personal competences in a safe environment
Many employees are expected to work continuously on personal development. Employees may determine their personal development procedure together with managers by means of competence profiles, for instance. Instead of just discussing them, however, the Development Center allows you to train such competences in an environment modelled on real-life situations, such as a conversation with your manager, member of staff, colleague or client. A professional coach helps you determine what kind of behaviour you want to experiment with and how the competences on your competence profile can best be deployed.
