The Development Center is a series of powerful, custom-designed interventions. Using real-life situations from your organisation, we create an environment in which employees and managers work together to bring about change. Simultaneously, organisational change is an opportunity to develop your employees and managers.
Cora Smit: “Development Centers can have different forms. For instance, we may offer one client a studio followed by a workshop on the same day. A studio is modelled on the participants' own cases, allowing them to experiment with the effects of their own actions. In a workshop, personal attention is given to broadening the participants' repertoire of action skills. Not only do peoples’ performances improve visibly, they also discover their - often remarkable - learning abilities.”
