Method
The Development Center is a series of interventions aimed at boosting the development of your employees and consequently of your company. This established method allows members of staff and managers to develop specific competences within a short period of time, in a realistic setting and with professional coaching.
At its conception around fifteen years ago, the Development Center was partially based on the working elements of the assessment center. The Development Center focuses on personal experience and self-knowledge of staff members and managers. In contrast to the assessment center, the Development Center enables learning and personal development using authentic work situations.
