Kessels & Smit Development Centers (K&S, DC) is an organisation that is engaged in the design, realisation and organisation of Development Centers. We provide a series of powerful interventions aimed at boosting the personal growth of your employees and consequently the development of your company.

We design Development Centers for various large and small profit and non-profit organisations, continuously building on the Development Center's most powerful aspects and our fifteen-year experience. Moreover, we use feedback from clients and colleagues to innovate the Development Center. Besides being the focal point of our interventions when coaching DC participants, development lies at the very heart of our organisation!
